About Janet

Janet’s personal mission is to help each and every person that she works with live their best life possible.  She does this by helping people achieve success in handling whatever problems come their way.  We know that in life, success is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them.

As a mother to school age triplets, she combines her clinical training with nurturing maternal insight to provide the finest care available for your children and teens. It is her personal belief that when children are given the tools for optimal living, they have practical real life skills which help them live healthier, happy lives. This benefits the entire family and provides a framework for success for every member of the family.

Janet received her Master's degree in Social Work, and certification as a Marriage and Family Therapist from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Psychology from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst Illinois. Her two year social work internship was with Aurora Behavioral Health and was under the guidance of Diana Soltis-Friesner. Janet is a member of the Alpha Delta Mu Honor Society at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  She is currently part of the Psychotherapist team at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
